Recently, the offshore vibro-replacement stone column project at the Ensenada Port in Mexico, constructed by CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., was successfully completed. The project utilized the BJVE-400-180-D bottom-discharge vibro-replacement stone column equipment, developed and manufactured by Beijing Vibroflotation Engineering Co., Ltd. To ensure smooth execution, the construction team used a 1,500-ton barge for the operations and established a temporary work zone at the port basin terminal for stone transfer, transshipment, and temporary equipment storage.
The underwater vibro-replacement stone columns used in this project had a diameter of 1 meter and were installed in a square grid pattern with a spacing of 2.25 meters. The average column depth reached 6 meters, totaling 2,272 columns. During the project, our on-site technical personnel maintained strict quality control, conducting detailed daily statistics and analysis of construction progress to promptly address any issues that arose.
The project has now been completed, and the project management team expressed high recognition of the product quality and service capabilities of Beijing Vibroflotation Engineering Co., Ltd. In their technical service evaluation, they praised:
