Beijing Zhenchong Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the R&D and production of a bottom-discharge vibroflotation construction system, which, as a core construction equipment, achieved the world's first fully autonomous pile-driving function for offshore construction.
The construction operation management system adopts newly developed software, enabling functions such as parameter setting, quality inspection, full-process construction parameter recording, equipment start-stop control, and visual construction animation simulation. This system delivers higher construction efficiency and better quality control compared to traditional on-site construction methods.
This project involves the construction of a high-piled wharf and offshore stone columns, representing the largest infrastructure investment by the East Timorese government in its capital, Dili. Upon completion, it will significantly boost the country's international trade and benefit all citizens.
The stone column (vibroflotation) works account for over 40% of the total project cost, making their smooth execution critical to the project's success. The construction included:
